Helix Health is currently recruiting for the following position:
1. Sales Consultant
Job Title: Sales ConsultantReporting to: Sales Manager
Summary of position:Promotes the company’s products and develops new business. Contributes to sales goals and budgets through various sales and marketing activities, such as customer presentations, telesales, mail shots and attendance at exhibitions and industry events. Travel throughout Ireland will be required as part of this position. The ideal candidate will have a flair for identifying potential new opportunities, will develop these opportunities and convert into sales. Main areas of responsibility:

To ensure the highest level of communication is maintained with regard to customer sales inquiries, quotations, installations and follow-up

Follow all departmental and company policies and procedures at all times
-
To develop a clear understanding of all software packages supplied by Helix Health and regularly attend training sessions
-
Attend monthly team meetings, where required
-
Keep the department informed of activities that occur in the marketplace
-
Promote the company’s products at all times
-
Identify sales opportunities and report all sales leads to the Sales Manager
-
Provide daily sales figures to the Sales Manager
-
Undertake clerical and administrative tasks relating to the Sales service
-
Build a relationship with all potential and existing Helix Health customers
-
Maintain a professional approach in both dress and conduct when in the office or out on company business, according to the company’s dress code
-
In conjunction with other team members, strive to achieve or exceed the sales targets and goals set out by the Sales Manager for Ireland on a monthly and yearly basis
-
Follow-up on sales leads, demonstrations and quotations to the customer base
-
Assist in the development and enhancement of all product information including brochures, flyers, mailshots, packaging, signage and presentation media

Attend corporate events including trade shows, product or corporate launches and customer days, as required
-
Assist in the measurement and management of customer satisfaction
-
Ensuring that all paperwork is completed, as specified by the company

Assist in other areas when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
-
Minimum 2 years experience in the IT sales sector
-
Experience in healthcare would be an advantage
-
Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in highly competitive environment
-
Energetic, upbeat, tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
-
Will show a hunger and determination to succeed and will have a keen understanding of the product
-
Have full clean drivers license
-
Will have a flair for identifying potential new opportunities, will develop these opportunities and convert into sales.

Be self motivated and can work well on own initiative and in collaboration with others.
