Thomasina Cleary is Helix Health’s Human Resources manager and is responsible for training and development, recruitment, employee relations and performance management and rewards. Thomasina holds a certificate in psychometric testing, an honours degree in Marketing, and an honours degree in Human Resources. She is also a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
